Creditfy, LLC access to confidential and sensitive data in order to protect it from being lost or compromised in order to avoid adversely impacting our customers. It is not anticipated that this policy can eliminate all malicious data theft. Rather, its main objective is to increase awareness and avoid potential or accidental loss scenarios.

This data policy applies to all collected data from customers, customers business or partners. The policy is applied to our servers, database and IT infrastructure that handles such data, including any device that is used for email, web access, portal access, work-related tasks as well as phones used by employees. This policy does not over any public data that is collected internally or through 3rd party providers. At Creditfy, LLC we ensure strict guidelines:

  • Each user shall be identified by their assigned unique user ID and have secured access measured by security system so that each user can be held accountable for their actions.   
  • Each user shall read this data security policy and internal security guidelines, also each user must execute an internal security statement that they understand the conditions of access and importance of protecting customers and company’s data.
  • Keep records of user’s access and be able to track their access measures and activity in order to investigate any incident or complaint.
  • Access shall be granted based on the principle of least privilege; each user has limited access and limited access to their assigned duties and programs.  
  • Users must lock their screens whenever they leave their desks to limit unauthorized access.
  • Users must keep their workplace clear of any sensitive or confidential information when they are not present to limit unauthorized access.
  • Users must keep their passwords confidential.

DIGITAL SIGNATURE ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Creditfy, LLC security policy is to provide guidance on when digital signatures are considered accepted means of validating the identity of a signer in Creditfy electronic documents and correspondence, and thus a substitute for traditional “wet” signatures, within the organization.

Our company ensures that best security practices are enforced and followed at all times. Creditfy will verify compliance to this policy through various methods, including but not limited to, internal and external audits, 3rd party data reporting, and feedback to the policy by customers.
